AI Text Analysis

Roast My Listing uses AI to analyze listing text you provide. The text is processed as follows:

• On supported devices: Text is analyzed on-device using Apple Foundation Models (Apple Intelligence). Your listing text never leaves your device.
• On unsupported devices: With your explicit permission, text may be sent to Google Gemini API for analysis. In this case, text is sent over an encrypted connection, used solely for generating the analysis response, and is not stored by us. Google's data handling is governed by Google's API Terms of Service.

You are always informed before any data is sent externally, and you can choose to use only on-device processing.

Data Storage

Analysis results and preferences are stored locally on your device. No listing data is stored on our servers.

Third-Party Services

On devices without Apple Intelligence support, Google Gemini API may be used with your explicit consent for text analysis only. No personal identifiers are transmitted.

Children's Privacy

Roast My Listing does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
